Sales Analyst

Reports to: Distribution Support Supervisor

The role:
- Run the monthly commission calculations for all distribution channels according to company policies
- Ensure compliance of the sales commission application
- Responsible with the maintenance of the sales commission application and act as interface with the application provider (from design up to full roll out and testing of any commission scheme updates/application changes)
- Perform regular updates and maintenance of all agents related databases
- Act as an administrator for the brokers web based application
- In charge with commission statements and reports generation for all distribution channels.

Profile:
- University graduate
- PC knowledge: Excel, Access, SQL databases - advanced
- Minimum 1 year of experience on a similar position, preferably in life insurance
- Very good communication skills in Romanian and English
- Proactive attitude and close attention to details
- Responsible & efficient person, very organized
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
