SALES TRAINING MANAGER

SALES TRAINING MANAGER (For Aviva Asigurari de Viata, located in Bucharest)

 

Reporting to: Business Support Director

 

The role:


 

Manage and lead the Training Coordinators team

Ensure timely and effective training delivery for all distribution channels

Quarterly conduct the training needs analysis and create the annual training plan based on Distribution requirements (direct sales force, bancassurance & brokers)

Manage resources and budgets in line with company’s procedures and strategy

Support company’s strategy implementation and elaborate the training strategy for all distribution channels together with the line manager

Work as a team member in other company level business projects


 

Profile:


University degree, relevant TOT courses

Life insurance experience

Training management (min 2 years in a managerial position), advanced presentation skills

Good people management skills

Very good planning, organizing, coordinating abilities

Very good written, presentational and oral communication in Romanian and English
